The Rutgers Calendar of Events is a central calendar publicizing many of the exciting events taking place on Rutgers' New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden campuses. Any organization, department, unit, college, school, affiliate, or alumni group associated with Rutgers can post events to the Rutgers Calendar of Events. Events are added at the discretion of the calendar of events administrator. Post an event.
RU-info is the central information and referral source for the university. Staffed by information assistants—highly trained, service-oriented students—the referral center helps the university community and general public find the answers they need about everything from academic programs to driving directions.
Inquiries are made via phone calls, emails, and instant message chat. Inform RU-info about events, activities, and vital changes in your department so they can properly respond to inquiries. Call 732-445-INFO.

Contact the Media Relations staff member who works with your academic or administrative area at least four weeks ahead of your event. The staff member will work with you to determine the best strategy for publicizing your event. If you have created a webpage for your event, it can be submitted for consideration as a link from the What’s Happening section of the university’s news center, Rutgers Today. Please refer to events submission procedures in the Rutgers Today content guidelines.
News releases, advisories, and other news content created by the Office of Media Relations and professional communicators at schools, centers, institutes, and other units of the university can be posted to the current and archived sections of the Media Relations site. Communicators may seek posting privileges for this site through the Office of Media Relations.
