The Office of Campus Information Services provides accurate, timely, and useful information services to the university and its constituents through the innovative use of technology and personal interaction. Campus Information Services is committed to supporting the university’s mission of education and learning, particularly through the professional development of its student colleagues.

What We Do

Key responsibilities include the following:

Manages RU-info, the main information and referral service of Rutgers University. Through a partnership with Rutgers Undergraduate Admissions, RU-info is also the primary point of contact for students planning to attend Rutgers and every RU-info Information Assistant is specially trained to handle admissions related inquiries.
Oversees the award-winning, 100-plus channel Rutgers University Television Network (RU-tv), which provides a wide range of academic, informational, and entertainment programming, and enables student organizations, university departments, and academic units to share vital information with the university community
Administers the Rutgers Calendar of Events
Maintains the university’s online campus maps
Manages Off-Campus Housing Services by providing information about available housing in the New Brunswick area
Maintains the New Brunswick Campus Official Student Listserv
Maintains the On-Campus Event Promotion Resources website
